At Los Prado Carnitas we make aldilla only on the last Sunday of each month, from 9 am to 5 pm, at Av. Paseo de los Leones 1330, Cumbres, Monterrey. It costs $640 per kilo.

What is aldilla?
Aldilla (flank) is a muscle from the pig’s belly, fibrous and juicy. It is one of our special cuts, together with shoulder, ribs and maw. Don Hugo has made it only on the last Sunday of the month since the beginning.
