Los Prado Carnitas sells Michoacán-style carnitas by the kilo at Av. Paseo de los Leones 1330, Cumbres 1er Sector, Monterrey. Traditional cuts cost $580 per kilo and special cuts $640 per kilo. Open Thursday through Sunday. Takeout only, also available on Rappi.
